杨小军,男,1981年9月生,甘肃甘谷人,工学博士。 现任中国矿业大学深部岩土力学与地下工程国家重点实验室研究员,中国矿业大学越崎学者。长期开展分形理论研究,在局部分数阶微积分学、广义分数阶微积分学、变阶次微积分学和广义导数、局部分数阶Fourier和Laplace变换、分形小波理论、分形集合理论、分形热传导理论、广义分数阶粘弹性力学、分形弹性力学(变分原理)、分形断裂力学(J积分理论)、Fourier型和Laplace型积分变换、局部分数阶线性和非线性微分方程计算方法及分形孤波理论等方面作出了原创性工作。在国内外学术期刊发表论文160余篇,其中SCI收录120余篇;ESI高被引论文24篇,热点论文3篇,Scopus H指数为28,Web of Science H指数为24,他引次数1400余次; 在著名国际出版社(Springer、Elsevier、De Gruyter Open和Nova Publisher)等出版社出版了9篇章节; 在Academic Press (Elsevier) 等出版社出版英文著作4部;获得2016年度中国百篇最具影响国际学术论文;入选2017年度爱思唯尔中国数学领域高被引学者榜单(榜首);担任《Fractals-Complex Geometry, Patterns, and Scaling in Nature and Society 》等十余个国际著名SCI期刊编委或副主编。 担任Springer、World Scientific Publisher ( Singapore)、Elsevier Science Publisher (The Netherlands) 和CRC Press (Taylor and Francis Group) 等出版社书稿的审稿人,120余个SCI期刊(来自于Springer、Elsevier、Taylor & Francis、Wiley、World Scientific、AMS、APS、AIP、IOP、IEEE、PLOS、SAGE、De Gruyter、Begell House, Emerald, MDPI, Hindawi等)的审稿人。
