近年来围绕二维合金晶体材料的可控制备、原子结构表征、光学性质调控及光电器件性能等开展研究。采用气相沉积法(物理气相沉积、化学气相沉积法)可控制备了一系列TMDs合金材料,发展了多种二维合金半导体原子结构表征的新方法。已在Adv. Mater, ACS Nano, JACS,Appl. Catal. B-Environ., Small, ACS Appl. Mater. Inter.等SCI期刊发表学术论文40余篇,其中IF>10的论文20篇,论文总被引用超2700次。一篇论文被Adv. Mater.选为内封面,一篇论文被Small选为内封面,一篇论文被入选ECI高被引论文,申请国家发明专利7项、国家授权发明专利1项。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、陕西省重点研发项目、军委科技委项目课题、中央高校基本业务费、北京分子科学国家实验室开放课题等项目,参与国家自然科学基金重点项目两项、面上项目多项。现为Nanoscale Horizons (IF=9.391)的community board。
