个人简介
何桢,天津大学管理与经济学部教授、博士生导师,学部副主任兼工业工程系主任。国家杰出青年基金获得者,国际质量科学院院士(IAQ Academician),国务院政府特殊津贴专家,国家百千万人才工程入选者,获有突出贡献的中青年专家,教育部新世纪优秀人才;国家级精品课“质量管理”负责人、国家级双语课“质量管理”负责人。于1988年获得天津大学工业管理工程学士学位,1991年获得天津大学管理工程硕士学位,2001年获得天津大学管理科学与工程博士学位。主要研究领域为质量管理与质量工程、精益六西格玛、运营管理。讲授课程包括工业工程学科导论(本科)质量管理(本科)、现代质量工程(研究生)、精益六西格玛(MBA)、运营管理(MBA)等。
何桢教授在国际期刊European Journal of Operational Research, Total Quality Management & Business Excellence, Quality and Reliability Engineering International, Quality Engineering等国际期刊发表论文50余篇;在《管理科学学报》、《系统工程理论与实践》等中文核心期刊发表近百篇。并出版《六西格玛管理》、《运营管理》等多部著作和教材。作为负责人先后承担国家自然科学基金杰出青年基金、三项重点项目、四项面上项目。研究成果获省部级一等奖3次、二等奖3次,曾获天津青年科技奖和天津市五一劳动奖章等奖励。
何桢教授曾作为Fulbright学者在美国西伊利诺伊大学从事研究工作,在宾州州立大学做访问学者。担任国际期刊“Computers and Industrial Engineering”领域主编和多个期刊的编委,担任中国质量协会常务理事、教育与学术委员会副主任;全国精益六西格玛管理推进工作委员会专家委员会主任;管理科学与工程学会常务理事;天津市工业工程学会理事长等。
