研究方向:
一直致力于Si基半导体光电探测器的研究,涉及器件物理,工艺物理,测试表征等研究方向。
主要成果:
目前主持国家和省部级项目5项,包括:国家自然科学青年基金,北京市教委项目等,迄今发表文章17篇,其中第一作者SCI论文8篇,第一发明人申请专利2项。
