学习工作经历:
1991年9月-1995年7月甘肃农业大学获农学学士学位(林学专业)。
1997年9月-2000年7 月在甘肃农业大学获作物遗传育种专业硕士学位。
2000年9月-2003年7月在华中农业大学获作物遗传育种专业博士学位。
1995年9月- 1997年9月在甘肃省小陇山林业科学研究所从事林业科研工作。
2003 年8月毕业留华中农业大学园艺林学学院蔬菜系从事教学和科研工作。
2006 年 2-7 月在国际马铃薯中心开展马铃薯晚疫病抗性相关侯选基因定位与分子标记辅助选择技术体系开发的合作研究工作。
2008 年11 月-2009 年11月受国家留学基金委“青年骨干教师出国研修项目” 资助,在英国苏格兰作物研究所植物病理系从事为期 1 年的博士后研究工作,主要开展马铃薯晚疫病菌关键效应子功能研究。
2014年4月在国际马铃薯中心开展马铃薯晚疫病抗QTL位点精细定位合作研究。
研究方向:
马铃薯晚疫病抗性分子生物学。研究内容包括马铃薯-晚疫病菌分子互作、抗病信号传导网络、抗病代谢途径、重要抗病相关基因的克隆与功能鉴定,晚疫病抗性分子标记辅助选择育种体系开发与应用等。
主要学术兼职:
中国马铃薯专业委员会委员,全球马铃薯晚疫病防治倡议组织会员,湖北马铃薯晚疫病预测预警系统负责人。湖北省自然科学基金优秀创新团队“马铃薯重要性状功能基因组与遗传改良”团队核心成员。J Exp Bot, PLoS ONE, Biomass and Bioenergy, Plant Pathology, Mol Bio Report, Scientia Horticulturae, J. Hort. Sci. Biotech.,中国农业科学,园艺学报等刊物审稿人。

现主持国家 “863” 目1项,国家自然科学基金项目2项,教育部博士点基金项目1项;作为核心研究人员参与重大国际合作项目1项,参与 “湖北省马铃薯产业发展专项”、现代农业产业体系马铃薯产业体系岗位科学家-马铃薯育种课题研究。已主持完成国家自然科学基金项目2项,教育部重点项目1项,湖北省自然科学杰青项目1项,校优秀团队培植项目1项。作为副组长完成国家 “863” 1项,作为骨干研究人员完成国际合作项目2项。另外作为主要研究人员参与完成国家 “863” ,“948” ,“湖北省自然科学基金计划创新群体项目”,国家自然科学基金项目多项。
获奖及荣誉:
2011 年获湖北省自然科学基金杰出青年项目资助。
2007年获湖北省技术发明一等奖1项,排名第6。
