研究经历: 2014年12月获华中农业大学果树学博士学位,从事小RNA调控柑橘体细胞胚发生研究。2013年赴美博士联合培养1年,研究豆类植物合子胚早期构件的功能。2015年1月任教,从事柑橘生物技术研究。
研究兴趣:
1)柑橘体细胞胚发生机理:愈伤组织是柑橘等果树资源离体保存与创新、遗传改良的重要外植体,而体细胞胚发生是愈伤组织离体再生的主要方式。拟从小RNA调控的角度,探讨愈伤组织体细胞胚发生的分子机理,为维持柑橘体细胞胚发生能力提供理论基础,长远目标是将愈伤组织更有效地用于柑橘资源的离体保存与种质创新。
2)柑橘珠心胚发生机理:大多数柑橘品种具有无融合生殖特性,其珠心细胞不经历减数分裂和精卵结合过程能直接发育形成胚。珠心胚来源的幼苗不携带病毒,并与亲本植株遗传组成一致,是柑橘砧木繁育和优良基因型固定的理论依据。拟利用激光显微切割技术精细取样并结合高通量的“组学”技术,发掘柑橘珠心胚发生的调控基因并验证其功能。长远目标是揭示柑橘无融合生殖机理,利用该性状固定杂种优势,降低制种成本。
