郭文武简介:男,1970年9月生,湖北郧县人;博士、教授、博士生导师。1993年7月本科毕业于华中农业大学园艺系;1993-1998年,华中农业大学攻读硕士、博士学位;1998年6月毕业,获博士学位并留校任教。1999、2003年,分别晋升为副教授、教授。2001-2003年,美国佛罗里达大学柑橘研究与教育中心博士后;2007年,澳大利亚CSIRO园艺部、澳大利亚国立大学高访3个月;2009年,日本鹿儿岛大学高访2个月。
人才团队计划、科研奖励和荣誉称号:入选国家杰出青年科学基金(2011)、教育部长江学者特聘教授(2012)、国家特支计划(万人计划)首批科技创新领军人才、“园艺植物细胞工程与种质创新”教育部创新团队和湖北省创新研究群体学术带头人(2013)、教育部首批新世纪优秀人才、科技部首批中青年科技创新领军人才;曾获湖北省自然科学二等奖(排名第二,2001)、国家科技进步二等奖(排名第三,2007)、第11届中国青年科技奖(2010)。

主持科研项目:先后主持国家自然科学基金(青年、面上、国家杰青)、科技部973计划课题、863计划课题、教育部项目(创新团队发展计划、重大项目培育计划、霍英东青年教师基金、博士点基金及优先课题)、农业部公益性行业科研专项子项目、瑞典国际科学基金、湖北省自然科学基金(创新群体、重点、杰出青年)、武汉市晨光计划等。
研究兴趣与重点内容:从事柑橘种质创新与遗传改良研究。针对我国柑橘在品种、品质等方面存在的问题,以及常规育种中遇到的珠心胚干扰等生殖障碍,开展细胞工程与遗传改良研究。旨在提高育种效率、缩短育种周期,培育具有无核、优质、不同熟期等性状的新品种,充分发挥“细胞工程”这一“传统且不存在安全性争议”的生物技术在柑橘遗传改良中的独特作用。重点研究内容如下:1)体细胞胚、珠心胚发育的分子机理;2)细胞工程与种质创新:体细胞杂种、胞质杂种创制,三倍体创制,同源多倍体发掘与利用,纯系创制,细胞工程新品种选育;3)细胞工程新种质特殊性状解析与分子育种:胞质杂种雄性不育性状解析与基因发掘,人工合成多倍体的体细胞互作遗传、表观遗传变异分析,转基因技术与分子育种。
