主要研究方向
1.油菜脂质代谢与功能:1) 油菜种子油份含量的分子调控机制研究,发掘调控油菜种子中油份积累的关键基因和代谢途径; 2) 膜脂代谢与脂信号传导调控油菜生长、发育和抗逆; 3) 油菜脂质组(lipidome)分析方法的建立和应用,在油菜和其他植物中开展全面的脂组学研究,致力于建立高通量、高灵敏度和系统性的脂组学分析方法。
2. 氧化还原敏感(redox-sensitive)蛋白的筛选及其在油菜抗逆中的机理研究:基于蛋白质组分析,筛选油菜中的氧化还原敏感蛋白,研究氧化还原敏感蛋白在油菜逆境响应中的功能。
3. 代谢组分析及其在油菜抗逆中的应用:通过代谢组分析,筛选和鉴定油菜逆境响应过程中的biomarker以及相关代谢途径和关键基因。
