学习与工作经历

2007年9月获得浙江大学管理学博士学位，2007年9月至2009年7月任厦门大学管理学院助理教授，2009年8月至今任厦门大学管理学院副教授，2009年7月至8月赴美国哈佛商学院学习案例教学，2011年9月至2012年9月在美国伊利诺伊大学香槟分校访问交流。厦门大学现代管理科学研究所所长，美国管理学会（AOM）会员，担任多个国际国内期刊匿名审稿人。
