2001年获华东理工大学应用化学专业博士学位。于2001年5月赴德国留学深造,在乌尔姆大学Bernhard Rieger教授课题组进行博士后研究。2002年6月至2003年9月获德国洪堡基金会资助在德国美茵兹大学化学系Jun Okuda教授课题组做客座研究,后继续于德国亚琛工业大学无机化学研究所Jun Okuda教授研究组从事博士后研究工作。2005年6月回国,被聘为华东理工大学教授。迄今已在国内外核心学术期刊及国际会议上发表学术论文60余篇,被SCI收录引用564次,他引近500余次,单篇最高被引110余次。所参与科研项目“新型高效、高选择性茂钛族金属催化剂的分子设计、合成及催化行为研究”获2004年上海市科技进步二等奖(第四完成人)。2006年获上海市科技启明星计划、教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划支持。完成及承担多项国家自然科学基金项目及省部级科研项目。现招收有机化学专业的硕士、博士研究生,以及工业催化专业的博士研究生。

1)国家自然科学基金项目:分子内阴阳离子型钙、镁、锌络合物催化丙交酯立体选择性聚合研究(2011.1.1~2012.12.30,总经费37万)
2)国家自然科学基金项目:桥联茚-芴钛族络合物催化丙烯高选择性二聚研究(2013.1.1~2016.12.31,总经费78万)
主要研究方向
1)新型过渡金属络合物的设计合成及应用于催化制备结构可控高性能聚烯烃。
设计及合成各种结构类型的过渡金属有机化合物作为烯烃聚合催化剂。通过分子水平的催化剂结构设计来实现烯烃聚合、齐聚过程,聚烯烃结构的可控、可调(分子量,分子量分布,共聚单体分布,支化度,聚合物链立体规整性等),以获得各种新型结构可控高性能聚烯烃材料。
2)新型主族及过渡金属络合物的设计合成及催化制备绿色环境友好聚合物材料的应用。
设计合成新型结构金属催化剂如稀土、铝、钙、镁等金属的络合物用于催化内酯等开环聚合。通过分子水平的催化剂结构设计、调控来实现对聚合物立体规整性、链结构的有序控制,获得新型结构可控环境友好聚酯材料。
