研究领域1. 应对水源突发污染的城市供水应急处理技术
2. 消毒技术开发和消毒副产物控制
研究概况当前我国供水安全形势严峻:一方面重大突发性水污染事故频发,经常影响水源水质;另一方面水源水微污染普遍,原水水质普遍下降,供水安全生命线工程受到前所未有的挑战,引起国家和全社会的高度重视。针对上述问题,本人确定主要研究方向为:1.城市供水应急处理技术、2.消毒与消毒副产物控制,这些方向均为环境系及饮用水所的重点领域。
在应急供水方面,本人曾参与了松花江硝基苯污染、广东北江镉污染、无锡市水危机、贵州都柳江砷污染、汶川特大地震等重大事件的城市供水应急工作,并发挥了骨干作用,为清华环境系饮用水所荣获“全国五一劳动奖状”、“首都劳动奖状”等荣誉做出重要贡献。作为骨干承担建设部“城市供水系统应急处理技术研究”工作,指导全国供水行业的应急处理;在国内外首次建立饮用水应急处理技术体系,全面覆盖饮用水标准中100多项污染物,根本扭转了我国供水行业应对突发污染的被动局面。目前应急供水工作得到了建设部、环保部、科技部等部委的大力支持,被列入国家十一五重大水专项,由本人任课题负责人。
在消毒与消毒副产物控制方面,在国内外首次开发了顺序氯化消毒工艺和实施系统,发现了游离氯和氯胺的协同作用机理,安全经济地实现病原微生物和强致癌性消毒副产物的双重控制,成果达到国际领先水平;本人申请的深入研究已经获得国家自然科学基金委资助。研究了水源水消毒副产物前体物的生成机理,指出疏水性有机物是主要的前体物,确定了各净水工艺的控制特性,为副产物控制提供了理论基础。
近年来本人共负责国家级科研课题3项,参与国家级课题7项,省部级2项。发表论文80余篇,其中SCI论文24篇,EI论文25篇,国际会议19篇,参编专著4部,申请专利11项,指导6座示范工程建设。参与一门研究生专业课、一门本科生专业课的教学工作,独立指导硕士研究生2人,协助指导博士研究生5人,硕士研究生8人(其中2人获校优秀硕士论文),在国际水协(IWA)等知名学术团体中担任相关职务,为建设部、环保部、科技部、卫生部在饮用水领域提供了多次技术咨询。
