湖南师范大学生命科学学院生物化学与分子生物学研究生导师陈平介绍如下:
陈平,二级教授,生物化学博士。 1962年11月生, 1983年毕业于湖南大学化学化工学院分析化学专业,1988年获湖南师范大学生命科学学院生物化学与分子生物学硕士学位, 2005 年获生物化学与分子生物学博士学位。 2001 年曾作为访问学者在美国佛罗里达大学分子细胞生物化学系作访问研究。近年来主要从事蛋白质化学与蛋白质组学的研究。主持了国家 973 项目子课题“膜蛋白以及膜蛋白复合体的分离鉴定新方法新技术”、国家 973 前期项目“与血管生成启动相关的质膜蛋白质组研究”、国家自然科学基金项目“肝脏再生过程中血窦内皮细胞功能蛋白质分析”、“肝再生过程中质膜微区蛋白质及复合物动态变化研究”、“肝再生过程中肝血窦内皮细胞动态调控的信号途径及机制研究”、“多肽探针研究Nav1.7调节前列腺癌PC3细胞转移的分子机制 ” ,以及湖南省科技厅重点项目“细胞膜蛋白质组研究方法发展及其在神经系统细胞质膜蛋白质组研究中的应用”的研究;并作为主要骨干研究人员参与并完成了国家科技攻关计划“人类健康肝脏蛋白质组表达谱以及国家 973 项目“重要疾病的蛋白质组学研究”等研究工作;曾获 2007 年及 2003 年湖南省科技厅科技进步奖一等奖和 1999 年国家教育部科技进步奖三等奖以及 1 项国家专利(专利号 为: ZL 2004 1 0023089 X )。在“ Journal of Neurochemistry ”、“ Journal of Proteome Research ” 等杂志上已发表相关论文8 0 余篇,参编著作三部。
