【研究领域】
多年来,藤田盛久博士致力于细胞分子生物学和生物化学的研究,尤其是糖生物学和分子遗传学领域。特别是他在蛋白质糖脂翻译后修饰术语也叫做GPI锚定化的生理功能研究中的突出贡献。他鉴定出并分析了GPI锚结构重构中的关键基因。目前,他把目标放在具有生物学和医学意义的重要糖蛋白胞内转运过程的研究。为了深入了解该过程,运用遗传学方法,细胞生物学和生物化学等技术综合的在动物细胞和酵母细胞中开展研究。
