中国药科大学

孔毅,男，1968年4月出生，博士，中国药科大学副教授，硕士研究生导师。

2001年获中国药科大学博士学位，2003年在南京大学与江苏万邦生化医药股份有限公司从事博士后研究工作。2010年5月-9月，英国帝国理工学院访问学者；2012年10月-2013年11月，北卡罗莱纳大学访问学者。江苏省青蓝工程中青年学科带头人培养对象。

研究方向

1微生物药物和生化与生物技术药物的开发与应用
2天然生化活性物质及其功能基因的研究
探寻自然界中结构新颖、生理活性强的天然多肽，并研究其结构与功能的关系，为创新药物研发服务。

主要研究技术包括:蛋白质及多肽的分离纯化，多肽的结构分析，酶法及ELISA法活性筛选，体内外抗血栓活性及分子作用机制研究，计算机辅助药物设计等。

发明专利：

申请发明专利10余件，其中授权专利5件。

科研项目：

主持国家自然科学基金1项,省级课题2项,美国强生制药课题1项,企业课题6项.参与国家自然科学基金2项,重大新药创制1项。
