洪浩,博士,教授,博士生导师,教育部创新团队成员,江苏省首席科技传播专家,中国药理学会神经精神药理专业委员会委员,中国药理学会抗衰老与老年痴呆专业委员会委员,江苏省药理学会常务理事及教学专业委员会秘书长,“神经药理学报”编委,“Metabolic Brain Disease”(USA)编委。洪浩教授于1989年6月毕业于中国药科大学,2001年6月获安徽中医学院医学硕士学位,2004年6月获中国药科大学理学博士学位,2006年10月从KinkiUniversity(Japan)留学回国。近年来,承担药理学、当代药理学及表观遗传学等课程的教学工作;主持和参加国家自然科学基金面上项目、“十一五”和“十二五”国家“新药创制”科技重大专项等多项国家及省部级科研项目;在国际知名杂志如Neurobiology of Aging,Int J Neuropsychopharmacol,Neuropharmacology,British J Pharmacol,J Neurochem等发表研究论文30余篇;申请国内发明专利3项;参编著作1部。
研究方向:神经药理。采用分子遗传学、细胞分子生物学及动物行为学等实验方法探寻介导阿尔茨海默病(AD)及相关疾病(如抑郁症和糖尿病)发生发展的关键分子,确证其作为药物调控的分子靶标,并以此为基础发掘活性物质、开发防治药物。当前正在研究的课题有国家自然科学基金面上项目2项、“十二五”国家重大新药创制项目1项以及江苏省自然科学基金项目1项。
