操锋,男,中共党员,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。1977年3月出生,2000年毕业于武汉工程大学药物制剂专业,后考入中国药科大学攻读药物化学硕士。2003年考入中国药科大学药物制剂专业攻读博士学位。2006年毕业后留校任教,2009年聘为中国药科大学药剂教研室副教授,2011年被聘硕士生导师,于2012年和2014年在北京国家药品审评中心化学药物一部外聘工作一年半。目前是国家自然科学基金和浙江省自然科学基金通讯评审专家。研究方向为口服缓控释,分子靶向药物和新型纳米给药系统的研究。主持国家自然科学基金2项和教育部新教师基金1项,参与主持多项“重大新药创制”科技重大专项,国家自然科学基金和省部级项目,和国内多家企业紧密合作,具有丰富的新药研发和项目审评经验。迄今发表第一作者的SCI文章10余篇,其它核心期刊论文10余篇,申请专利5项,授权3项。参编《中药成分的胃肠转运与剂型设计》,负责撰写八万余字,2010年正式出版。参编《药剂学》第四版和《药物制剂过程装备与工程设计》。指导的毕业论文获得“2007年度江苏省本科优秀论文一等奖”。2009年获得国际特品公司(ISP)奖教金。
