教育背景与工作经历
1985 年毕业于东北师大数学系，获得理学学士，1993 年在华东师大数理统计系获得理学硕士学位，1997 年在中科院应用数学所获得理学博士学位，之后到北京科技大学管理学院工作，于1999 年被评为副教授、硕士生导师，现为北京交通大学轨道交通控制与安全国家重点实验室教授、博士生导师。曾在韩国首尔国立大学工业工程系（2001 年3 月－2002 年3 月）、新加坡国立大学亚太物流研究所（2003 年1 月－2005 年1 月）、新加坡国立大学商学院（2005 年1 月－2007 年7 月）、香港理工大学工商管理学院物流与海运系（2007 年7 月－2007 年9 月， 2011 年8 月－2011 年10 月）等高校及研究机构专门从事科研工作。
